To sit in the unknown when your head starts to spin,

try to ground yourself in the present moment because that is where your journey can begin.

Count all the blessings that are right here and right now and be gentle with your spirit because sometimes we don’t know how.

So take a deep breath and know that it’s a gift and let that be the place where everything can begin to shift.

Don’t look outside to others, to contrast or to compare, listen to the stillness and become very self aware.

For in every silent moment a whisper begins to start, listen to it closely, for it is the calling of your heart!
